If you need it faster, you have the option of choosing express delivery, although this will incur additional costs. The total time required by us to process your suspension depends on what needs to be done. Please make sure to remove Quick Bleeders from your fork (if present)! There is a risk of oil leakage and breakage. Please only send us pre-cleaned suspension components! Remove all screws from the suspension components (e.g., fork clamps) or tighten them securely. Also remove all parts such as fork protectors, starting aids, etc. Secure loose parts such as the bearing caps on the shock absorber against falling out using cable ties, string, or wire. If possible, label your suspension components with your name. Pack the components securely, for example, in bubble wrap or similar materials.
